No. 69 Huanhu Road, a Republican-era villa, is located at No. 69 Huanhu Road, Huanhu Road Community, Gongyuan Subdistrict, Donghu District, Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province. Its coordinates are 28°41'12.1"N, 115°53'25.8"E, at an elevation of 30 meters. To the west lies Beihu Lake, to the southwest are Donghu Lake and Nanhu Lake, to the northwest is the Gan River, and to the southwest is the Fu River. To the east is Sufu Road, to the west is Huanhu Road, to the north is Dieshan Road, and to the south is Minde Road. To the east is Youmin Temple, to the north is Huanhu Hotel, and not far to the southwest are Lingying Bridge, Nanchang Painting Academy, Xinghua Tower, and others.

Built in 1948, it covers an area of 120 square meters. The two-story building faces west, features a brick-and-wood structure, a blue-brick exterior, a European-style sloping roof, large balconies, and Western-style doors and windows. It holds certain significance for the study and understanding of villa architectural styles during the Republican era in our city.
