The shop is famed for its freshly made dumplings—hand-rolled, hand-wrapped, and hand-cooked on-site. With ten staff members working in a well-coordinated hustle, rolling wrappers, stuffing, and boiling dumplings, a large tray of raw dumplings is expertly lowered into boiling water, and quality is checked upon removal to ensure customers get thin-skinned, generously-filled dumplings.
