If you want to admire vast calla lily fields, the majestic views of Xiaoyoukeng, egrets, and small terraced fields, head to the"Dinghu Circular Trail"in the Dinghu area. This gently winding path is easy for all ages, with a walk of about 20 minutes. For those interested in historic waterwheels or ecological ponds left by early farmers, visit the"Calla Lily Circular Trail"in the Xiahu area. This also takes about 20 minutes, and you can also enjoy the cool waters at the Arc-Shaped Water Play Area. To listen to babbling streams, admire waterfalls, play among rocks, and explore small hills and terraced mountainsides, go to the"Literary Trail"in the Shuiwei area, which takes only about 10 minutes. To climb higher and gaze over hillside calla lily terraces, head to the"Lake Bottom Circular Trail", with a walk of around 15 minutes. The longest trail is the"Zhuqi Lake Circular Trail", accessed from Huti Bridge and linking East Lake, Dinghu, Shuiwei, and Xiahu into a looped mountain and road trail — a 50-minute walk that lets you enjoy the picturesque scenery of Zhuqi Lake. Additionally, the"Taro Love Trail"offers seasonal blooms: calla lilies (March–May), love flowers (April–June), and hydrangeas (May–August), each visit bringing new surprises. This trail takes about 15 minutes.

Zhuqi Lake is located in the Datun Mountain range of the Taipei Basin, at an altitude of 650 meters. It enjoys a comfortable climate year-round, features rare volcanic landscapes, and boasts diverse native flora and fauna. As a classic rural settlement, local residents have worked with Taipei City Government to develop various distinctive attractions. Events such as the annual "Calla Lily Festival," "Hydrangea Festival," and "Sunflower Festival" attract large numbers of visitors each year. From April to May, you can even stay into the evening to watch the magical glow of fireflies.
