No need to go all the way to Dahu in Miaoli to pick strawberries — the Taipei Inner Lake Strawberry Season has begun. Paired with nearby attractions, you can easily spend your holiday strolling around, enjoying flowers, picking strawberries, and having afternoon tea, making your one-day urban getaway even more fulfilling. Beyond strawberry picking, strawberry farms also offer DIY activities such as making pancakes and jam. Before you go, it’s a good idea to call ahead to check the condition of the strawberries and whether picking is available.
