No. 11 Shangshui Road, Republican-era small Western-style building is located at No. 11 Shangshui Road, Yuanming North Road Community, Baihuazhou Subdistrict, Donghu District, Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, with coordinates of 28°41'04.6"N, 115°53'11.7"E and an elevation of 40 meters. It lies to the north of the Gan River, with East Lake, South Lake, and North Lake to the south, and is adjacent to the Fu River to the west. To the west are Shengli Road and Xiangshan North Road, to the east is Nanhu Road, to the south is Minde Road, and to the north is Jiande Guan Street. It neighbors the First People’s Hospital to the west, Bayi Park to the east, Xiangshan Hotel to the north, and Hongdu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital to the south.

Built in the 1940s, the building faces south with a north orientation, has a width of 19.5 meters and a depth of 16 meters, covering a floor area of about 210 square meters. It is a two-story structure with a brick-and-wood frame, featuring a blue-brick exterior, sloped roof, matte floor tiles, a terrazzo staircase in the front hall, a wooden staircase in the rear hall, and numerous exquisitely carved decorations inside.
