Baojia Lane Ancient Well
The Baojia Lane Ancient Well is located at the entrance of Baojia Lane in Baojia Lane Community, Baihuazhou Subdistrict, Donghu District, Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province. To the west is Shengli Road Pedestrian Street, to the east is Xiangshan North Road, to the south is Jiande Guan Street, and to the north is Dieshan Road. Built in the late Qing Dynasty, the well has a square platform with sides 1.5 meters long, a wellhead diameter of 0.8 meters, and the wellhead is about 0.5 meters above the ground. It is hexagonal, with the well platform being a square with sides 1.5 meters long. It holds certain significance for the study and understanding of the historical culture of ancient wells in our city.
