The residential house at No. 26 Baihuazhou Road is located at No. 26 Baihuazhou Road, Liujiangjunmiao Community, Baihuazhou Subdistrict, Donghu District, Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province. It consists of three row houses aligned from north to south. The westernmost one was built in the 1950s, faces south, has a width of 31 meters, a depth of 10.5 meters, and covers an area of 230 square meters. It is a two-story building with a brick-and-wood structure, red brick exterior walls, a sloped roof, and a height of 7.3 meters. Originally used as dormitories for provincial postal and telecommunications officials, it is now privately shared. The middle house is a two-story brick-and-wood structure built in 1976. It was originally inhabited by Zeng Yuxian, an old Red Army soldier who has since passed away and once served as the director of the Postal and Telecommunications Material Supply Department. His wife, Li Shuren, now lives with her children in Guangzhou. The building measures 16.48 meters in length and 8.97 meters in width.

The easternmost house is a two-story brick-and-wood structure built in 1976 on the foundation of the former postal and telecommunications workshop, constructed by the government at a cost of 14,000 RMB. It was inhabited by the family of Xie Tingshun, an old Red Army soldier. Mr. Xie was born in 1916, an orphan, joined the army in 1931, participated in the entire Long March, and served as the vice principal of the Postal and Telecommunications School. He passed away in 1986. The house measures 13.9 meters in length and 8.97 meters in width. It holds certain significance for the study and understanding of the architectural style of residential buildings in our city during the Republican era.
