Former Site of the Nanchang Municipal People's Committee

The former site of the Nanchang Municipal People's Committee is located at No. 411 Minde Road, Minxiang Community, Tengwangge Subdistrict, Donghu District. It was built around 1959. The auditorium site is 10 meters wide and 19 meters deep, covering an area of approximately 930 square meters. Facing south and backed by the north, it features a red brick exterior and a sloped roof, and consists of three parts: the front hall, the viewing area, and the stage area. The front hall is a two-story brick-and-wood structure, while both the viewing area and the stage area are single-story brick-and-wood structures. The meeting room site is 21 meters wide and 43 meters deep, covering an area of 190 square meters. It faces south and is a two-story brick-and-wood structure with a sloped roof and a red brick exterior. The office building site is 36 meters wide and 17 meters deep, covering an area of 550 square meters. It faces north, is a steel-concrete structure with a blue brick exterior and a cement roof, has three floors, and includes a ventilation layer.
