A Qing Dynasty-era residential house at No. 38 Shengli Road, located at No. 38 Shengli Road, Tiejie Community, Tengwangge Subdistrict, Donghu District. To the east is Shengli Road Pedestrian Street, to the west is Zigu Road, to the south is Zhongshan Road, and to the north is Mindel Road. To the south lies Santai Shopping Mall, and to the north it neighbors the Oriental Grand View Hotel and the Donghu District Youth Palace. On the pedestrian street to the east are Zhen--Guang and Hengdeli Watch Store. To the west it is adjacent to Jiangxi Bayi Nursery, and not far to the northwest is Tengwang Pavilion, the foremost of the Three Great Towers of Jiangnan. Zhangshui Well is situated to its northeast.

Built in the late Qing Dynasty, it is 21 meters wide and 24 meters deep, covering a floor area of 297 square meters. The house faces south and is built with a brick-and-wood structure. It has five bays in width, three courtyards, and two skywells. The exterior walls are made of blue bricks, and the structure features a post-and-lintel system with a flush gable roof. The doorframe is made of bluestone, and the doors and windows are exquisitely carved.
