Ancient Ligui Neolithic Hill Site

Located on the bank of a tributary of the Wuli River, about 400 meters west of the Guli Administrative Village in Fuwang Township, it is distributed across the summits of three hills approximately 25–30 meters above the river surface. The hill to the north is called Luer Ridge, the one to the east is Shabao Ridge, and the one to the west is Songmu Ridge, forming an approximate triangle. In 1964, the Guangdong Provincial Archaeological Team conducted an investigation and collected a number of geometric-patterned hard pottery shards, as well as some coarse clay pottery pieces. Local residents also found polished stone tools. It was designated as the “Ancient Ligui Neolithic Hill Site.”
