Located in Ganzi Gen Administrative Village, Dacheng Township. In September 1938, the Hepu Special Branch of the Chinese Communist Party, aiming to establish an anti-Japanese base in the Liuwanshan area, assigned Zhu Lanqing, Xu Jiahua, Qiu Hongjiu, and others to use their roles as teachers at the school as a cover for carrying out underground revolutionary activities. It was here that the earliest CCP branch under the current jurisdiction of Pubei, composed of local farmers, was founded.

Zhu Lanqing, also known as Huang Zhigang, was from Beicun Village, Dacheng Township, Hepu County, Guangxi. Born in October 1917, he began working in February 1938. Xu Jiahua (1918–1946), from Lianzhou Town, Hepu County, also known as Xu Tingju. He once served as the company commander of the Lingshan Company, Hepuling Battalion, of the People’s Anti-Japanese Liberation Army of Southern Guangdong.

In 1938, Xu Jiahua joined the Chinese Communist Party and took part in the armed struggle in the Baishishui area in 1940. After arriving in Lingshan, he used his teaching position as a cover to carry out extensive revolutionary propaganda and mobilization work. In February 1945, he participated in the Lingshan People’s Anti-Japanese Armed Uprising.
