Located on Baishishui Street in Baishishui Township. In the autumn of 1938, revolutionary martyr Zhang Shicong used his position as principal of the school as a cover to carry out revolutionary activities. In 1939, a mass rally was held in front of the school to launch an anti-Wang Jingwei and anti-rice-smuggling-to-the-enemy resistance movement against the Japanese.

Zhang Shicong (1909–1945), childhood name Yunsheng, courtesy name Xueming, was born on the eleventh day of the seventh lunar month in 1909 in Goudaoshui Village, Baishishui (now Dacheng, Pubei, Guangxi), a well-off family in Guangdong Province's Hepu County. His family had been farmers for generations, but by his father’s generation they also engaged in commerce, which brought a slightly more comfortable life. Later, due to bandit unrest, his father was kidnapped by bandits and tragically killed when the family could not pay the ransom. The youngest of three brothers and the second eldest, Zhang Shicong was raised solely by his mother, and the family gradually fell into hardship.
