It is situated in Changtangshan Village, Liuxin Administrative Village, Jiangcheng Township. In the autumn of 1938, after the Japanese army occupied Weizhou Island and invaded Beihai, part of the classes from Hepu No.1 High School (now Beihai High School) were moved to the Song Family Ancestral Hall in this village to continue their lessons. The CPC organization within the school, in collaboration with the organization from Lianzhong, jointly conducted anti-Japanese revolutionary activities, developed party cells, and spread revolutionary ideas.
