Located in Panwu Village on Jiefang North Road, Xiaojiang. Chen Xihan (1909–1991), from Beihai City. After graduating from high school in 1933 (the 22nd year of the Republic of China), he was determined to go into business and co-founded the Xin Gong Printing Bureau.
