Sai Bei Ski Resort is located on the northern side of Xique Liang Peak in Sitai Zui Township, Chongli County, Zhangjiakou City, at an altitude of 1,600–2,000 meters. Covering an area of 10 square kilometers, it lies in the upper zone where the North China Plain meets the Inner Mongolia Plateau. With 60% forest coverage, the terrain is open and flat, and the natural vegetation on the ground is of high quality. Sitai Zui Township: Sitai Zui Township is located in the southeastern part of Chongli District. To the east, it is separated by a mountain from Chicheng County; to the south, it borders Xuanhua District; to the west, it neighbors Gaoyaying Town; and to the north, it connects with Xiwanzi Town. The total administrative area covers 374.88 square kilometers and includes 31 administrative villages, with a total population of 13,475 people in 5,029 households.
