China-Malaysia International Tourism Resort

The China-Malaysia International Tourism Resort is invested in and constructed by Malaysia’s Excellence Group. With a total investment of 3 billion yuan, the project covers an area of 80 square kilometers. It develops and operates year-round tourism, leisure vacation, sports entertainment, and conference & exhibition projects in areas such as Wudao Gully and Prince City in Sitaiwei Township, Chongli County. The first phase involves an investment of 100 million US dollars, covering 30 square kilometers, and will be developed over eight years. It includes equestrian sports, mountain biking, go-karting, outdoor adventure, traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation and wellness, as well as winter skiing resorts. Supporting service facilities such as a standard mountaintop hotel and village-style hotel club will also be developed. Within the year, an investment of 50 million yuan is expected to be completed, along with the overall project master plan, detailed planning for the core area, and construction designs. Construction will include roads within the project area, water supply and drainage systems, ecological greening projects, as well as foundational works for ski slopes, cableways, hotels, and the reception center.
