Fulong Four Seasons Town is located at the core gateway of Chongli, enjoying abundant urban supporting facilities. It offers comprehensive shopping, dining, and leisure amenities. The project covers a total area of 5 square kilometers, with plans including six hotel clusters such as the InterContinental Hotel, a 700,000-square-meter customized ski resort, a 400,000-square-meter Eden Flower Sea, a 48,000-square-meter hot spring water world, a senior university, a wellness center, and over 30 other diverse business formats, delivering vacation experiences that include flower viewing in spring, summer retreats, rock climbing in autumn, and skiing in winter.

Fulong Four Seasons Town is planned around six themed zones: the Kingdom, Hot Spring Republican Village, Town Impression District, Vibrant Community, Mountain Wellness Natural Village, and Characteristic Resort Residences.

Surroundings: Include educational institutions, supermarkets, fitness facilities, elderly care centers, clubs, sports venues, and medical service centers.

Transportation: The Fulong Four Seasons Town project area is adjacent to the Zhangjiakou–Chengde Expressway (Zhangcheng Expressway) on its western side, which connects westward to Provincial Highway 242; take the Beijing–Lhasa Expressway (G6) toward Xuanhua–Zhangjiakou direction, then onto the Zhangcheng Expressway (G95), drive approximately 55 kilometers to exit at Chongli South, turn right, and after about 3 kilometers, the project will be on your right.
