Hokkaido Ichigen Ramen, scheduled to open on September 11, has announced a pre-opening trial sale starting on September 9. In addition to three flavors—sweet shrimp soy sauce, sweet shrimp salt, and sweet shrimp miso—there is also a Taiwan-exclusive flavor that combines sweet shrimp with pork bone broth.
