The Autumn Breeze Carries Pomelo Fragrance: HowToTrip's "Thai Like" and SUKHOTHAI Launch Seasonal Pomelo Dishes

As autumn arrives, it’s the season of golden, fragrant pomelos in full bloom. From September 16 to October 31, Thai Like at Breeze Renaissance, an external Thai restaurant of HSR Hotel Collection, and SUKHOTHAI at Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Xinyi, jointly present the limited-edition “Pomelo Aroma ‘Feast of Joy’” seasonal pomelo dishes. Thai Like’s Thai executive chef, Li Ming?, pairs plump seafood with the season’s sweet pomelos to showcase the classic elegance of Thai royal cuisine.

The seasonal pomelo dishes include Thai Like Breeze Renaissance’s Pomelo Shrimp Salad (NT$600 + 10%) and Pomelo Crab Legs with Red Curry (NT$520 + 10%), as well as SUKHOTHAI Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Xinyi’s Royal Pomelo Lobster Salad (NT$980 + 10%) and Pomelo Scallops with Red Curry (NT$560 + 10%).
