Hokkaido Ichigen Ramen, scheduled to open on September 11, has announced a pre-opening trial sale starting on September 9. In addition to three flavors—sweet shrimp soy sauce, sweet shrimp salt, and sweet shrimp miso—there is also a Taiwan-exclusive flavor that combines sweet shrimp with pork bone broth. Sales begin at 11 a.m. and continue until the broth runs out.

The broth of Ichigen Ramen is uniquely crafted, simmered slowly with sweet shrimp to deliver a distinctive sweet and savory taste. The special combination of sweet shrimp and lard emits a unique aroma, enhanced further with meticulously prepared shrimp powder and tempura flakes, offering customers a ramen experience unlike any other.
