Yaoshan Water World

The South Yaoshan Water World is located at the foot of the picturesque Yaoshan Mountain, in Jiadian Village, Yaoshan Town, Lushan County, Henan Province. It features a 15,000-square-meter artificial wave pool, a 7,000-square-meter tsunami surfing area, a 3.5-meter-wide tidal river, a shaded leisure beach, swimming pools, fish therapy pools, high-speed multi-slope slides, space bowls, and a variety of creative children's slides, allowing you to play in the water amidst the forest and experience the thrill and excitement of a coastal bay right in the Central Plains.

Five major themed water experiences offer intimate contact with real natural mountain streams and springs.

01/ Forest Bay Giant Horn

The Giant Horn ride was awarded the “Best New Attraction” Golden Ticket Award by the international tourism industry in 2008. The South Yaoshan Water World has built the first “Super Giant Horn” slide in the Central Plains, offering you a thrilling aquatic adventure.

02/ Tsunami Surfing Pool

The largest wave pool in the Central Plains, covering a water area of 5,100 m², can generate waves up to 3 meters high in an instant, bringing the excitement of a sudden tsunami without needing to go to the seaside.

03/ Water Slides

High-speed multi-slope slides, space bowls, and a variety of creative children's slides—all slide equipment is made from premium fiberglass materials and strictly follows technical standards.

04/ Tidal River

The tidal river is 3.5 meters wide, with a water depth of 0.8–0.9 meters and a total loop length of 450 meters. Using state-of-the-art blower-wave technology, the tidal wave height reaches 0.9–1.2 meters. It’s a great spot for tidal drifting in Henan and offers a perfect summer retreat for fun, games, and enjoying the waves.

05/ Children’s Water Play Area

The children’s water play area covers a water surface of 2,000 m² and features variously shaped animal-themed water sprays such as water climbing walls, rainbow rain corridors, mushroom showers, clown fountains, and playful spray jets. The entire layout is vibrant, colorful, and well arranged, making it a popular attraction for both children and adults to enjoy water fun.
