Quanpu Jade Emperor Temple

The Quanpu Jade Emperor Temple is a cultural heritage site protected at the municipal level in Jining.

The Quanpu Jade Emperor Temple is located in Yuhuangmiao Village, Quanpu Town, Liangshan County. It is a historic building, categorized as ancient architecture.

On December 26, 2016, the Jining Municipal People's Government announced it as part of the fifth batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units.

Quanpu Town: Located in the southern part of Liangshan County, Shandong Province, Quanpu Town is the prototype site of Zhu Gui’s tavern from the classic Chinese literary masterpiece, "Water Margin." The town covers a total area of 60 square kilometers, governs 52 administrative villages, and has a population of 50,000.

Quanpu Town enjoys convenient transportation. It lies south of Jining Airport, east of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, west of the Liangshan Station on the Beijing-Kowloon Railway, and is traversed north to south by National Highway 220. Since ancient times, it has been a strategic hub for north-south traffic and a bustling center for merchants.
