The craving for spicy hot pot is back again — Hu Li just can’t resist gathering friends for some fiery fun, and she’s especially fond of the bold, aromatic flavors of Sichuan-style spice. This time, we headed back to Kaohsiung to enjoy the winter thrill of spicy hot pot, and wow, it was absolutely satisfying XD. We tried Fudingxuan Sichuan Spicy Hot Pot in Fengshan, and the taste was pretty great. We opted for mild spice, which was more than enough flavor-wise, and there was no need for dipping sauces as the health-focused broth was just right.

Twelve hidden edition teddy bears have made their appearance at the Taichung Teddy Bear Exhibition, including one from ETToday EBC News Cloud. The wobbly rocking horse is back！The Sanyi Township Office has planted cosmos and other flowers on fallow fields around the extension of Route 196, creating a 120-hectare flower sea. It has also introduced the wobbly rocking horse and a Year of the Monkey balloon, making them the super-cute mascots of the 2016 Flower Sea & Balloon Carnival. There will also be eight monkey-patterned balloons incorporating agricultural totems, debuting on New Year’s Day and making an early appearance at the Luodong Cultural Factory on the 23rd.

If you go too late, you’ll only see staff holding a sign that says “Sorry, all items sold out for today.” It turns out that the Japanese headquarters can only produce 40,000 breads a day, which are then distributed to branches across Japan, the Philippines, Taiwan, and other locations. A single Taiwan branch is only allocated 800–1,200 breads, so once they’re gone, they’re gone.

My eyes accidentally caught sight of a narrow alleyway with a sign at the entrance that read "Pontocho."
