Taipei Marriott Hotel NanShi is a newly opened property as of December 15. Huang Yikang, PR representative of Luye Travel Group, stated that the hotel is located in Taipei’s new urban center, and is also the first international chain hotel in Nangang District. Boasting an excellent transport location, the hotel has launched the “Bling Bling Star Diamond New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Stay Package” during the New Year’s holiday, starting from NT$9,990 per room. Guests are invited to have fun on New Year’s Eve, enjoy the new Marriott guest rooms and dining options, and ring in the New Year in the most exciting way possible.

Hsinchu The Splendor Hotel
The Splendor Hotel Hsinchu’s Harmony Restaurant is offering a “Warm Christmas Trio” event. On the evening of December 24, in addition to providing an all-you-can-eat buffet at NT$1,080 per person, there will also be performances by a local church choir singing festive medleys, Santa Claus handing out candy, and each diner receiving a cute gingerbread house. This allows both kids and adults to enjoy a heartwarming Christmas Eve together.

For the New Year’s celebration, there’s the “Glittering New Year’s Eve Party.” Simply wear gold-colored clothing when dining that day to receive an instant 20% discount. The all-you-can-eat buffet is NT$1,108 per person or NT$2,016 for two people. In the evening, the bar will feature live performances by popular bands and energetic dancers to help you ring in 2016 in style!

Hualien Lihpao Resort is offering a New Year’s Eve countdown with fireworks and a romantic sky lantern blessing. On New Year’s Day, guests can also join a guided exploration of County Highway 193 and the Mijian Ancient Trail to welcome the first light of dawn. The activity lasts two hours and is self-guided for hotel guests. The ancient trail runs along the coast from Shueilian to Shoufeng, featuring pristine natural scenery. Come and enjoy nature’s fresh air on the first day of 2016!

Eastar Resort & Forest Leisure Hotel
Eastar Resort & Forest Leisure Hotel will host a 2016 New Year’s Eve party on the evening of December 31. Guests are invited to play “Eastar’s Around-the-World Human Monopoly,” a version of the classic board game where participants themselves act as the game pieces. Those who complete the world journey will be entered into a draw for a free night’s stay, with the winner to be announced at 12:05 AM. There will also be a “Dance the Night Away Mountain Town Party,” featuring dance performances, interactive fun games, mini-theater acts, scrap metal percussion, and high-tech light dance shows. The event will also feature classic hits from legendary stars such as Teresa Teng, Little Tigers Team, and Chen Lei.
