Zhuxi Town: A town under the jurisdiction of Nanxiong City. In 1958, it was part of Hongqi Commune; in 1962, Zhuxi Commune was established; in 1980, it was reorganized as a district; and in 1986, it became a town. Located in the central part of the county, it is 9 kilometers from the county seat. Covering an area of 179.2 square kilometers with a population of 33,000, National Highway 323 passes through the town. It administers 17 management areas (villages): Changjing, Xincun, Congbei, Zhuxi, Yanghu, Suliuyuan, Shangsong, Liren, Tangdong, Shitang, Lidong, Lingtan, Xiafen, Zhiyuan, Luotian, Nanshan, and Gutian.
