The Martyrs' Tomb of Xu Mingqing is located on Zoumagang in Beida Street, Chengguan Town. The martyr was originally named Chen Yuhong and hailed from Pinghu County, Zhejiang Province. In June 1946, he came to Zhushan County with the troops breaking out of the Central Plains campaign and stayed on as the underground county magistrate of Zhushan. In October of the same year, he was captured during a fierce battle with enemy forces at Mailangping in Fang County and later buried alive on Zoumagang. The county government carried out two expansions and renovations of the martyrs' tomb in 1966 and 1981 respectively, and erected a memorial monument. In 1983, it was designated as a county-level cultural relics protection unit.

Xu Mingqing, originally named Chen Yuhong, was from Pinghu County, Zhejiang Province. In September 1937, he was admitted to Wuhan University. Soon after, he attended a speech by Zhou Enlai, which deepened his understanding of the Communist Party’s anti-Japanese united front. He subsequently joined the revolution and was sent by the Chinese Communist Party organization to attend the first session of the Tangchi Rural Cooperative Training Class in Yingcheng. After completing the course, he was assigned to Yingcheng County, where he worked as a rural economic cooperation instructor to mobilize the masses in anti-Japanese salvation activities.
