The Main Hall of Zhongwang Temple is a Xuchang Municipal Cultural Heritage Protection Unit.

The Main Hall of Zhongwang Temple is located in Wulangmiao Community, Qilidian Subdistrict Office, Weidu District, and dates back to the Ming Dynasty.

On June 19, 2009, the Main Hall of Zhongwang Temple was designated as part of the third batch of Xuchang Municipal Cultural Heritage Protection Units.

Protected area: with the center of the hall’s main gate as the reference point, it extends 18 meters eastward, 32 meters southward, 10 meters westward, and 20 meters northward.

Qilidian Subdistrict: Qilidian Subdistrict Office is situated at the western gateway of Xuchang City. Its jurisdiction spans from Yan’an Road in the east to the boundary with Xuchang County in the west, from Xujie Avenue in the south to the Outer Ring Road in the north. National Highway 311, Provincial Road Yu-31, and a local railway run east-west, while the Outer Ring Road, Qingni River, Yunliang River, Yingru Main Canal, and Xingfu Canal traverse north-south.
