The 19th China (Beijing) International RV & Camping Exhibition Grandly Opens

[21RV News] On August 22, 2019, the 19th China (Beijing) International RV & Camping Exhibition and the 23rd China International RV & Camping Congress, themed "Leading the Future of China's RV Industry," grandly opened at RV World · Beijing RV Expo Center. Jointly organized by the RV Committee of China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, 21st Century RV, and RV World, and hosted by Beijing Campers RV Exhibition Co., Ltd., the event attracted industry leaders, corporate representatives, mainstream domestic and international media, and RV family members. The atmosphere at the opening ceremony was lively, and the exhibition will run for four days until August 25.

For ten years, the China (Beijing) International RV & Camping Exhibition has been committed to serving domestic and international RV and outdoor camping businesses, building a professional online and offline platform for the RV camping industry in China. Over the past decade, it has received widespread acclaim from both within and outside the industry. In August 2019, the 19th edition of the exhibition once again collaborated with top RV brands from around the world, creating the strongest lineup of exhibitors to date. With a total exhibition area of over 80,000㎡, a 12.5% year-on-year increase compared to 2018, and a 26% rise in the number of exhibitors, RV manufacturers, parts suppliers, and outdoor camping brands from around the globe gathered to jointly promote the vibrant growth of China's RV camping industry.

World-renowned RV parts manufacturers such as Dometic, Thetford, Yamaha, Indel, and Lanshe were all present. Domestic RV parts companies including Zhenrong Wood Industry, Bafang Ruijie, Arena, Hongshengda, Frost, Hongtengtong, CAS New Energy, Ningbo Guangrun, Gaoze Technology, Anhui Yangneng, Jiejv Electronics, Yong'an Windows, Kejiayun, Mobo Technology, State Grid Saisi, Hongwan, and Yashijia, among 100+ exhibitors, also showcased their products. Additionally, over 20 camping equipment companies such as Yuantai, Jiedeng Outdoor, Tuye, Zhiyin, Liri, Jinmao, and New Concept displayed top-tier outdoor camping gear on-site, sparking new trends in outdoor living.

During the exhibition, to further promote the development of the RV industry, the organizers, in collaboration with industry associations, held events such as the "China RV Industry Development Strategy Seminar," "RV Tourism and Camping Service Seminar," and "China RV Innovative Concept Design Seminar" to explore new futures for the RV industry.

The event is expected to attract up to 90,000 visitors, with over 200 RVs participating in the camping congress. The organizers also carefully curated a variety of activities for RV users with diverse interests, including 21RV’s "How to Choose the Right RV for You," "RV World Test Drive Event," "21RV RV Family Beer Competition," "21RV RV Family Watermelon Challenge," "21RV RV Family Car Booking Lottery," "2020 RV Family Eurasia Trip Meet-up," "21RV RV Family Cooking Competition," "21RV RV Family Parade," and "21RV RV Family Gala Dinner," ensuring an unforgettable experience for all RV enthusiasts and family members attending the exhibition.

As one of China’s earliest RV camping enterprises, 21st Century RV has been actively promoting the development of China’s RV camping culture through successfully organizing over 10 RV exhibitions and nearly 20 years of RV media operations. At the exhibition opening ceremony, the organizers also officially announced exciting news: during the 88th World RV Camping Congress in 2019, 21st Century RV secured, through extensive efforts, the hosting rights for the 93rd World RV Camping Congress in China in 2022. The announcement called on all attendees to work together to enhance RV quality, improve camping standards, maintain industry order, and jointly welcome RV enthusiasts from around the world.

After the opening ceremony, the organizers also held a press conference for the 2019 Chengdu International RV & Camping Outdoor Tourism Exhibition and the 24th China International RV & Camping Congress (Chengdu), scheduled to take place from October 24–27 at Chengdu Palm World RV Campsite in Pidu District, Chengdu. The theme of the event is "Discover the RV World · Enjoy Leisurely Outdoor Travel." Leaders from Chengdu City and Pidu District, officials from the RV Committee of China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, the Self-driving and Camping RV Branch of China Tourism Automobile and Yacht Association, the Automotive Camping Branch of China Motor Sports Federation, and over 80 mainstream media outlets attended the press conference.

The upcoming Chengdu exhibition is expected to cover an area of 50,000㎡, with participation from 200+ brand companies, 500+ RV units, and 50,000+ visitors. Exhibits will include RVs, chassis manufacturing, RV parts, campsite design, camping equipment, cabins, and outdoor gear.
