It borders the Ya'an-Panzhihua Expressway to the west, just 2 kilometers from the Huangshui Expressway exit, with the Huangshui River to the north and a rural road leading eastward to Luoji Mountain to the south. The campsite spans approximately 537 acres, with its first phase covering over 70 acres, making it the first operational self-drive campsite in Liangshan Prefecture.
Built in conjunction with Longquan Jiaren Leisure Manor, a five-star rural homestay in Xichang, the campsite leverages its superior transportation location and the mountainous ecological environment of Luoji Mountain to create a mountainous eco-style car campground themed around Qiongdu culture and Luoji Mountain spring water culture.

The total distance is about 36 kilometers, and the drive takes around 30 minutes.
