The Site of the Party, Government and Military Organs of the Fourth Sub-region of the Taihang Area and Jiaozuo City is a cultural relic protection unit in Henan Province.

The Site of the Party, Government and Military Organs of the Fourth Sub-region of the Taihang Area and Jiaozuo City is located in Shierhui Village, Longxiang Sub-district Office, Zhongzhan District, Jiaozuo City. It dates back to the years 1939–1948. This site is listed as part of the Seventh Batch of Cultural Relics Protection Units in Henan Province.

On October 12, 1946, the Kuomintang launched a full-scale offensive against the liberated areas of Jiaozuo, and the region was occupied by Kuomintang troops. The Party, Government and Military Organs of the Fourth Sub-region of the Taihang Area and Jiaozuo City were then relocated to Shierhui Village. The former site of the Fourth Sub-region of the Taihang Area (1946.10–1947.4) is situated in a farmhouse at the northwest corner of Shierhui Village. It is a traditional Chinese courtyard house facing west with an east orientation, entirely built with stone and wood. There are three rooms on the north, east, and south sides, all with flat roofs, while the west side has two rooms, with the southern one serving as the entrance gate. Today, the north and west rooms still preserve desks, stools, oil lamps, beds, coal stoves used for heating and cooking, and cooking utensils left behind by the organs, as well as items such as banhu (a traditional Chinese string instrument), party constitutions, and bullets. The former site of the Jiaozuo Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government (1947.4–1948.10) is located in a farmhouse to the west of Shierhui Village. Originally a three-courtyard structure made entirely of stone and wood with flat roofs, it featured a five-room two-story building on the north side and a two-room building on the east. Adjacent to the east building on the south was a two-story watchtower, with small hexagonal windows serving as gunports on its eastern, southern, and western sides. According to local residents, the owner of the house was originally a relatively wealthy landlord who had the watchtower built in 1921 to guard against bandits and wild animals. After the land reform, the property was distributed to a peasant family. Currently, the west room has collapsed, and there is a wall with a gate on the south side of the courtyard. The north room still houses the office desks, chairs, long tables, beds, trunks, and oil lamps once used by the municipal leaders. Additionally, the village also preserves the residence and office of the leader of the Jiaozuo Urban Work Committee of the Communist Party of China at that time. Items include the office and daily necessities used by the leaders, such as desks, chairs, stools, beds, oil lamps, hurricane lamps, and inkstones, as well as shrapnel from shells fired by the Japanese when they entered the village. Particularly precious are the party constitution and a portrait of Mao Zedong from that period.
