Yantai Xinghua Mountain Villa is one of the themed villas under Yantai Xinyidu Tourism Resources Development Co., Ltd. It is located at the foot of Duoshan Mountain in the southern suburbs, at the junction of Yantai High-Tech District and Muping District, covering an area of over 1,600 acres. The site lies to the west of Duoshan Mountain, with a view east toward Kunyu Mountain and north toward the Yellow Sea, and faces the renowned “Oriental Hawaii” — Yangma Island — across the sea. Here, the mountains are lush and the waters are clear, the scenery is beautiful, the climate is pleasant, the views are expansive, and the air is fresh. It is a typical mountain and sea combined scenic area with great development potential.
