Nanping Lavender Dream Garden

The Nanping Lavender Dream Garden is located at the foot of the Qian San Bai Kan slope in Mangdang Mountain, Nanping, and was invested in by Taiwanese entrepreneur Chen Dongying. With a total investment of 10 million yuan, the project covers an area of over 120 mu, of which 65 mu have been developed so far. Main attractions include the Lavender Garden, Grace Garden, Dream Garden, Forest Café, Happy Ivy House, Forest Love Whisper House, Herb Village, and Firefly House. The entire scenic area, including its architectural features, is designed with lavender purple as the main color scheme. Interspersed among the landscape are purple azaleas, violets, and purple sunflowers, ensuring that visitors are greeted by a sea of purple wherever they look, creating a romantic and dreamy atmosphere. The scenic area also offers special features for young couples, such as a wishing tree, love tents, and a lavender fragrance workshop, allowing couples to fully enjoy the dreamlike feeling of first love. Highly favored by young couples, the garden has attracted over 30,000 visitors annually and generated nearly 1 million yuan in tourism revenue since its trial opening in October 2011. Due to its strong Taiwanese flavor, it was listed as a provincial rural tourism demonstration site by the Provincial Tourism Bureau in 2012.
