Congkeng Bayberry Garden is located within Mangdang Mountain, a provincial-level scenic area, 21 kilometers from Nanping city center. The garden grows four varieties of bayberries: Dongkui, Tanmei, Dahongmei, Nuomimei, and Tongsimi, covering an area of over 300 acres.

Among them, Dongkui bayberries are the most famous — they are large in size, have tender flesh, are juicy, and offer a well-balanced sweet and sour taste, making them highly favored by visitors. Here, you can not only enjoy the fun of picking bayberries but also savor authentic farm-style meals and purchase genuine local products such as free-range chicken, free-range duck, farm-fresh eggs, and dried bamboo shoots. First, remind visitors to wear dark-colored long-sleeve casual clothing when picking bayberries to prevent mosquito bites and avoid scratches from branches. Second, bring scissors for picking and place a layer of leaves under the bayberries in the fruit basket to protect them from being crushed. Third, wear a sun hat before picking to prevent heatstroke, and apply sun protection products to avoid sunburn and skin darkening.
