Hall of Lord Xu
The Hall of Lord Xu is a cultural heritage protection unit of Yanping District.
The Hall of Lord Xu is located in Jiaokeng Village, Taiping Town, Yanping District, dating back to the Ming and Qing dynasties.
The Hall of Lord Xu has been designated as a county-level cultural heritage protection unit.
Taiping Town: Located in the southeastern part of Yanping District, on both sides of the Min River, between 118°19′–118°31′ east longitude and 26°24′–26°35′ north latitude, Taiping Town borders Xibin Town of Youxi County to the south, Nanshan Town and Chimen Township to the north, Ju Kou Township and Zhanghu Town to the east, and Luxia Town to the west. The town government is seated in Taiping, 37 km from the city center and 120 km from Fuzhou. It covers a total area of 225.72 square kilometers, with 4,577 households and a population of 17,358 (including 989 non-agricultural residents).
