Mangdang Town: The name “Mangdang” means “vast clouds over the sea and winds sweeping through the valleys.” It was established in August 2002 through the merger of Maodi Town and Dayang Township. Its government seat is in Maodi Village. In May 2003, Anfeng Village of Huangdun Subdistrict was incorporated into Mangdang Town, and in August, the town government seat was relocated to Anfeng Village.
