Zhanghu Wanshou Pagoda is located on Bai’e Island in Zhanghu Town, Yanping District, dating back to the Ming Dynasty.

Zhanghu Town: As the largest resettlement town in the Shuikou Hydropower Station reservoir area, Zhanghu Town is situated at the southernmost tip of northern Fujian. It covers a land area of 198.18 square kilometers, including 240,000 mu of mountainous land, 12,000 mu of arable land, and 29,000 mu of water area within the reservoir. The town governs 14 administrative villages (streets) and one neighborhood committee, with a population of 23,000, 124 villager groups, and 18 natural villages.
