This place was once the hometown of the legendary folk hero "Swallow Lee San," and today it has been transformed into "Northern Jiangnan" — located in Chengjiazhuang Village, Shangcang Town, Jixian County. The Northern Jiangnan area consists of five major tourism zones: the Righteousness Culture Park, the Natural Sightseeing Park, the Fruit Picking Park, the Rural Farming Park, and the Recreational Amusement Park. Among them, the Righteousness Culture Park and the Natural Sightseeing Park are the two main highlights. The Natural Sightseeing Park, which stands out the most, is made up of over a hundred acres of colorful roses, purple verbena, golden sunflowers, light purple lavender, and American red maples. Visitors can enjoy a variety of flower fields in one visit and experience the beauty of natural ecological scenery.

Chengjiazhuang Village: Chengjiazhuang. Located 0.8 kilometers northwest of Hexi Town, on the west side of the Zhou River, the settlement is distributed along the northern side of the Cang-Sang Highway, forming a rectangular shape stretching from north to south. The village was established during the Yuan Dynasty (over 800 years ago), and was named after the Cheng family who settled here after reclaiming and farming the land. The village covers an area of 2,598.9 mu. It currently has 2,013 mu of arable land, 328 households, and a population of 1,273 people. Over the past few years, a total of 60 street lamps have been installed, more than 2,000 various types of greening trees have been planted, 5,000 meters of newly paved cement roads have been added, and 1,200 additional greening seedlings have been planted.
