Hidden in Xiaying Town, Jizhou District, Tianjin, lies a mysterious place — the Che Shenjia Scenic Area. It is the country’s only mountain-themed cultural tourism destination dedicated to the God of Vehicles. Here you can find the magical Dragon and Phoenix Pool, known as a “Marvel of the World,” tucked away in a secluded valley; the most intact and visually stunning National Geological Park of the Mesoproterozoic Era, hailed as a “World Treasure”; as well as geological wonders such as the One-Line Sky, Hundred-Meter Waterfall Cliff, Dragon and Phoenix Valley, Ten Thousand Buddhas Cliff, and Valley-Guarding Lion, all crafted by nature's master hand. There is also an ancient wall stretching for kilometers, built during the Northern Qi Dynasty. Climb up to the viewing platform, where a panoramic view of green mountains and clear waters greets you, bringing a sense of peace and joy.

The Che Shenjia Scenic Area is nestled between two major tourist destinations, Huangya Pass and Jiushan Summit. It boasts beautiful scenery and unique landscapes, with core attractions including Tiantai Mountain, Che Shen Platform, Jizhou Grand Canyon, Dragon and Phoenix Valley, the Mesoproterozoic National Geological Park, the Northern Qi Ancient Great Wall, and Beijingyu Ancient Village.

The Che Shenjia Scenic Area is a key project in the development of Jizhou District as a comprehensive tourism demonstration zone, and it has been included in the planning of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integrated Eastern Beijing Leisure Tourism Demonstration Zone. The scenic area features over 100 large and small attractions, offering breathtaking views at every turn, with twelve major highlights such as the Heavenly Terrace Wonderland, Hundred-Meter Waterfall Cliff, Dragon Spring Emerging from the Mountain, and Divine Turtle Gazing at the Sun, each with its own unique charm. At the same time, leveraging its exceptional geographical advantages, the scenic area will further extend its tourism industry chain, build a distinctive tourism brand, and drive the development of tourism in Jizhou District and surrounding rural areas.
