Zhengfa Chan Temple, also known as Huiyin Temple, is located in Team 1 of Zhuanwayao, Guanzhuang Town, Jixian County, Tianjin. It lies to the east of Beishàolín Temple and to the north of Zigaifeng Peak, and is one of the better-preserved temple ruins within the Panshan Scenic Area. The temple is entered from the southeast, where visitors will find a pagoda forest. To the west of the pagoda forest lies a tranquil valley surrounded by mountains, offering a unique natural environment. The surrounding cliffs are inscribed with numerous calligraphic works by Emperors Kangxi, Qianlong, and Jiaqing. In addition to the temple and former imperial palace ruins, there are also natural attractions such as the "Preaching Platform" and the "Another World" scripture house. Panshan is one of China’s fifteen great famous mountains, and the Qing Dynasty marked its heyday. The special function of Zhengfa Chan Temple (as a monastic administrative center) makes it an important historical site for studying Panshan during the Qing era.

The pagoda forest at Zhengfa Chan Temple is the only cluster of all-granite stone pagodas in Tianjin. With diverse designs and exquisite craftsmanship, it forms an important cultural relic landscape of Panshan and is a significant part of the long-standing cultural heritage of the Chinese nation, holding high value for preservation, research, and social benefit.
