Xiushan Beach Cluster

Category: Tourist Attractions 👁 100 views
Located in the eastern part of the scenic area, it consists of three beaches—Kouniu Hu, Sanjiao, and Jiuzi—connected end to end. The beach cluster features gentle slopes, yellow sand, and clear seawater, forming a crescent shape. Among them, Kouniu Hu Beach is the most outstanding, stretching 600 meters in length and 100 meters in width, facing slightly eastward. In addition to beach activities, visitors can also enjoy offshore sea fishing or lift-net fishing outside the beach. Thanks to the calm tidal currents, numerous reefs, and abundant marine algae in this area, various prized fish, crabs, and shellfish such as swimming crabs, copper pomfrets, and tiger groupers live and inhabit the waters and reefs here. Especially during summer and autumn, schools of tiger groupers, jige fish, and other species come to the beach and reefs to spawn. Visitors can join local fishermen in traditional offshore fishing activities, and upon returning with a “hold full of fish,” head to the barbecue area to cook their fresh catch themselves, savoring the freshest seafood and enjoying an unforgettable experience. Additionally, visitors can explore the marine special breeding and fishing area, collect shells on the muddy flats, or visit the Taizi Bamboo Jump and Liangmao Mountain orchards for sightseeing.
