Located on a small hill near the entrance of Ocean Park, this pavilion covers an area of about 80 square meters. It features a white stone structure in the style of an antique double-layered four-cornered pavilion, surrounded by stone railings. The pillars of the pavilion are inscribed with a couplet that reads: “Mooring the boat to visit the Daoist Master Xu, calling across the water to summon Mei Zhen.” Inside the pavilion stands a stele embraced by two dragons, exquisitely carved from bluestone. The inscription records the connection between Xu Fu’s quest for immortality and the ancient name of Daishan—Penglai. The title of the stele was written by Li Lianqing, President of the China Xu Fu Research Association.
