Longmu Mountain Scenic Area is located in Yejia Village, Haiyou Town, on the northeastern foothills of Qiujiang Mountain, approximately 18 kilometers from the county seat. It covers an area of about 3 square kilometers, stretching from Longtougang in the south to Yuanlixixi near the western side of Yejia Village in the north, from the foot of Xianren Mountain in the east to the ruins of Shanxidian in the west. The scenic area boasts lush vegetation and many uniquely shaped peaks and rocks. Attractions such as Huoxianyan, Shisunfeng, Xianrenwu, Tianrufeng, Fanzhengfeng, Hamayan, Tiandading, and Feilaishi captivate visitors with their extraordinary forms, offering awe-inspiring views and a profound sense of nature’s artistry. The verdant pools and plunging waterfalls of Longmu Mountain twist through serene valleys, providing endless fun amid its beautiful waterscapes. Highlights include Hanzhu Tan, Dongzhong Pu, Shuanggui Tan, Meirenpu, Yezhu Tan, Guijiao Tan, Longxu Pu, Yibu Pu, and Longxian Pu—each with its own distinctive charm. There are also several unique caves, such as Shouzi Dong and Woshou Dong.

Longmu Mountain Scenic Area integrates peaks, rocks, waterfalls, pools, and forests, offering distinctive features and making it an ideal destination for leisure, vacation, and recreation.

Haiyou Subdistrict: In 2013, the former administrative structures of Haiyou Town and Shaliu Town were abolished, and replaced with Haiyou Subdistrict, Hairun Subdistrict, and Shaliu Subdistrict; meanwhile, the four townships of Shepan, Tingpang, Huaqiao, and Hengdu were retained.
