The residence at No. 160 Yifeng Road is a Zhejiang Provincial Cultural Relics Protection Unit.

The residence at No. 160 Yifeng Road is located in Tingpang Town, Sanmen County, and dates back to the Qing Dynasty.

Built in the seventh year of the Guangxu reign during the Qing Dynasty (1881), this brick-and-wood structure features a traditional courtyard layout with two courtyards arranged front and back. Its wooden components are exquisitely carved.

On January 13, 2017, it was designated as part of the seventh batch of Zhejiang Provincial Cultural Relics Protection Units by the People’s Government of Zhejiang Province.

Tingpang Town: [Overview] Tingpang Town is situated in the central-western part of Sanmen County. It borders Hengdu Town to the south, connects to Gaojian Township to the west, neighbors Haiyou Town to the north, and meets Dongcheng Town of Linhai to the southwest. It is nine kilometers away from the county seat and serves as the central market town in central-western Sanmen. The town covers an area of 143 square kilometers, including 135,000 mu of forested land, 38,500 mu of cultivated land, and 5,000 mu of marine aquaculture areas. It has a population of 57,856 and governs 106 administrative villages. The town government is located on Ninghe Road, Yangjia Village. Its archives management has reached the provincial third level.
