Universal Dinosaur Town, located in the modern tourism and leisure zone of Changzhou New District, Jiangsu Province, is a comprehensive destination that integrates a theme park, cultural performances, hot spring leisure, recreational commerce, and animation creativity. By breaking away from the traditional concept of scenic areas, it disperses tourism and leisure functions throughout every corner, thereby integrating various functions such as culture and residential living to form a large-scale, well-equipped, and uniquely characterized tourism and residential community.

As a modern holding enterprise group, Longcheng Tourism Holding Group was established to promote the China Dinosaur Park tourism brand. Approved by the Changzhou Municipal People's Government in 2005 and funded by the Administrative Committee of Changzhou National High-Tech District, it is a major cultural tourism enterprise group in Changzhou.
