Xinbei Central Park is located in the core area of Xinbei District, Changzhou. The park covers a total area of 97,342 square meters; the water area is 16,794 square meters; and the public green space is 70,342 square meters, with a green coverage rate of 77%. The park design is based on the concept of "imagery landscape." The architecture features large ramps that connect the ground and roof, boldly utilizing three-dimensional space. Through the harmonious integration of water surfaces, lawns, vegetation, and landscapes, over 20 scenic spots—including the cascading waterfall echo area, fitness plaza, romantic rooftop garden, Starry Wishes, leisure street, and banquet hall—are enriched with cultural and ecological elements. These reflect a romantic ambiance and highlight the park’s theme of "love," creating a modern, fashionable, leisurely, and romantic urban multi-functional open tourism ecological park where architecture becomes landscape and landscape serves function.
