Most of the cherry blossom varieties currently in bloom at Cherry Blossom Valley are the Beni-shidare variety, featuring pink flowers that hang from the branches like clusters of bells. On both sides of the slopes, the profusion of blooming cherry trees resembles crimson clouds. Upon closer inspection, you’ll find they are Yaezakura blossoms, with long, drooping stems that look like red lanterns. These clusters of flowers, set against a backdrop of blue sky and white clouds, gently sway in the breeze, creating a magical, fairy-tale-like scene that delights visitors. Everyone is eager to take photos with the blossoms, immersing themselves in nature and breathing in the fresh vibes of early spring.
