The predecessor of Xinfeng Railway Station was established in 1893. After undergoing processes such as station closure, reconstruction, and route changes, it was officially named Xinfeng Station in 1969. Today, it has become the first Starbucks outlet in Taiwan transformed from an old railway station. When designing the store layout, Starbucks preserved the original railway atmosphere without disrupting it, maintaining the essence of the old station hall. From the entrance, you can see straight through to the back door and even catch a glimpse of the trains running outside, inspired by the ticket gate design. Travelers can enjoy the railway charm while sipping on delicious coffee here.

The Mangrove Recreation Area at Hongmao Port in Hsinchu covers approximately 8.5 hectares. It's not only an ecological conservation area but also the only place in northern Taiwan where both Kandelia obovata and Avicennia marina mangroves grow together.

Stepping into the ecological area feels like entering a green jungle maze. There are well-established walking trails along the way, as well as rest pavilions. The tidal flats at night offer especially enchanting scenery.

Fengkeng Fishing Port, which has recently become a popular Instagram check-in spot, has been abandoned as a fishing harbor due to sediment accumulation. Though not as bustling with tourists as other sightseeing fishing ports, the row of cement columns and wave-dissipating blocks by the shore, set against the backdrop of the setting sun, make it not only a great place to watch the sunset but also a new hot spot for photography enthusiasts.
