The Sanyi Wood Sculpture Museum is a museum located in Sanyi Township, Miaoli County, Taiwan. Formerly known as the "Sanyi Wood Sculpture Art Exhibition Hall," it opened on April 9, 1995, and is under the jurisdiction of Miaoli County Government's International Culture and Tourism Bureau. Its primary mission is to promote wood carving while also performing functions such as collecting, preserving, displaying, researching, promoting, maintaining, and innovating. It is the only public museum in Taiwan dedicated to the theme of wood sculpture.

The Sanyi Wood Sculpture Museum comprehensively showcases the origins of carving art, the evolution of Chinese sculpture through various dynasties, wood carvings of Austronesian ethnic groups, the history of Sanyi wood carving, architectural furniture, temple religious themes, mixed media, contemporary art invitation exhibitions, and special exhibitions of wood carving art. These displays vividly exhibit the beauty and essence of wood carving art. The museum houses nearly 500 pieces of work, each a masterpiece, many created by renowned artists, representing the highest level of carving art in Taiwan Province. National identity, local character, and a sense of the times are distinctive features of the museum’s collection. Each piece reflects these characteristics perfectly, showcasing strong elements of Chinese culture and rich regional style.
