Ma Wan Park (formerly known as Ma Wan Theme Park before completion, English: Ma Wan Park) is a theme park in Hong Kong, located in the southern part of Ma Wan and the central area of Ma Wan Island in Tsuen Wan District, New Territories. It covers an area of approximately 1,869,700 square feet. The park is developed and operated by Sun Hung Kai Properties. The first phase, the Nature Park, was officially opened on July 1, 2007, with the remainder of the first phase launching in May 2009.

Ma Wan Park is being developed in two phases. The first phase cost over HK$400 million to build and covers approximately 20 hectares. It primarily focuses on natural ecology and environmental conservation, featuring the following facilities:

Noah's Ark Pavilion

The Noah's Ark Pavilion at Ma Wan Park is a joint venture between Sun Hung Kai Properties and the Evangelical Free Church of China – Media Evangelism Limited. Modeled after the biblical Noah’s Ark and referencing various religious documents, it is the world’s first full-scale replica of Noah’s Ark. The Ark has five floors: the ground floor houses a multimedia exhibition showcasing major Bible stories, including the story of the Great Flood and Noah’s Ark. It also includes a Creative Science Education Centre and a cinema. The upper floors feature a hostel with 296 beds, as well as the headquarters complex of the Boys' Brigade, offices, training centres, multi-purpose activity rooms, indoor activity facilities, office spaces for various Christian groups, camp accommodation, and a restaurant.

The Ark spans 270,000 square feet across its five floors, each with its own thematic design. The top floor is a sea-view holiday hotel. Outdoors, there is an animal sculpture garden, a giant swing, an outdoor performance area, a cycling trail, and a nature park.

Animal Garden

Located near the Noah’s Ark, the garden displays about 200 statues and information on prehistoric and endangered animals.

Nature Park

This facility is situated on a hilltop in the center of the theme park and consists of six themed gardens: Silvergrass & Fern Garden, Wild Orchid Garden, Azalea Garden, Hong Kong Garden, East Australia Garden, and South America Garden. Each garden has its own distinct theme, featuring various tree and flower species that highlight their unique characteristics, creating a large floral landscape. Developers anticipate this park will become a popular photo spot for newlyweds.

Solar Tower

The Solar Tower within the park is the first civil solar observatory in Southeast Asia. This astronomy science facility is equipped with a 35cm solar telescope, allowing visitors to observe solar surface activities such as sunspots and solar prominences.
