Xi-Jin-Ma River Eco-Tourism Area is located on the banks of the Yellow River in Huoxing Village, Jin Gui Town, about 10 kilometers east of Helan County. It lies 30 kilometers south of Yinchuan City and faces east across the Yellow River to tourist attractions such as Huangsha Ancient Ferry, Malanhua Prairie, and Bingou Han Tombs Cluster in Xingqing District. In 2003, it was developed and built with investment from Ningxia Yunsheng Breeding Industry Co., Ltd., covering an area of over 10,000 mu, including 4,500 mu of river beach land, 5,000 mu of Yellow River bank protection forest, 400 mu of dairy cow breeding base, and currently featuring 100 mu of sightseeing and leisure fishing ponds, and 850 mu of large water-saving ecological breeding ponds. In 2007, an additional 850 mu were newly excavated and renovated, with the construction of 5 sightseeing and leisure corridors, 3 waterside pavilions, planting of 150 mu of ornamental lotus flowers, and raising of over 50,000 poultry. The main aquatic species bred include grass carp, common carp, crucian carp, and catfish, all strictly raised according to non-polluting standardized aquaculture procedures, yielding over 300,000 kilograms of fresh fish annually. The tourism area features an organic combination of five major landscape elements — water, sand, trees, grass, and birds — boasting a favorable ecological environment and unique natural scenery. It now includes a halal restaurant, bathing center, fishing center, leisure center, Yellow River sightseeing area, agritainment service center, and breeding base.

The Ningxia Jinma River Eco-Tourism Area integrates dairy cow breeding, dairy product processing and sales, leisure bathing, Yellow River sightseeing, catering, and entertainment. It is an ideal destination for scientific research, investment, leisure sightseeing, and eco-tourism.
